Easy to use! Good choice.

Fast internet and convenient pickup/dropoff.

I like how convenient it was for the non- Japanese speakers to transact even for the request of extension.

Great service, did everything it said it would do. Wifi reception was strong and constant. We didn't have any problems. Would definitely recommend.

The price is good for what they offer, especially if compared to some competitors that seem keen on ripping tourists off. The SIM arrived earlier than the specified time, luckily someone was there to receive it for me. It included instructions and the metallic pin for opening the phone SIM slot. It started to work shortly after setup, speed was decent and I never ran into limitations for intensive use. The SIM is white and unbranded, and the operator turned out to be IIJ, a MVNO which utilizes the NTT DoCoMo network. Reception was not as good: in several places I would lose Internet connection even though the indicator on the phone seemed healthy. I blame this on the MVNO being given second-rate service from Docomo, or on Docomo simply being worse than SoftBank. My friend on SoftBank alway had usable Internet when mine was cut off.
