It has been a smooth experience using mobile wifi from Japan Wireless, start from the pick up at KIX post office until returning via local post office. I also extended the rent period. It was very easy. The battery last very long hours, the charger also works fast. Overall, this is a satisfying experience. In fact, this is my second time using Japan Wireless. Thank you

We have travelled the world and the wireless router we hired from Japan Wireless was without a doubt the best we have ever hired. Great service, reasonably priced and easy to use.

Easy to access and return from and to the airport. Straight forward set up. Worked well throughout our 14 day stay on multiple devices, even away from the beaten track.

I can count the number of times that I did not have full coverage on one hand during a three-week use! That includes tours out on the countryside and up on Mt. Fuji! I definitely recommend this product!
