Loved it! Lasts the whole day. Great connection. Spare battery. Will use again

Everything has been perfect so far. Picked up from the airport without any hassle and working perfectly since.

Perfect in all aspects and easy to use, but found out I didn't really need it with Sprint's $5 per month Japan option (free EVERYTHING - text, data, calling).

Worked great in main SIM slot

No problems during my one month rental, Morioka, Hakodate, Osaka, Yufuin and Kagoshima. Fourth time as a customer.

Based on 3 parameters I think the service was perfect!
Battery: more than 12h always connected with 2 device, I used the power station only 2 days on 14.
Speed and latency: very good
Coverage: never found an area without it

Unlimited WiFi, works perfectly everywhere. From hokkaido to some okinawa islands. Easy to use. We picked it up at the airport at the day we arrived. Would recommend this service when visiting Japan.

The pocket was a great help and it worked totally fine (just two or three episodes of overheating but after turning it off for some minutes it was ok again).
Found it at the hotel and sent it back from the airport, without problems. Thanks a lot!
