Easy to Use and very reliable
I had a slight issue with the charger but overall great set up for travelling around Japan

This was a total life saver! So easy to use, I was able to have this shipped to the location where I was staying since I had arrived around 1am so everything was closed. It was so easy to set up and get on the wifi, we were out that same night looking for 24hr ramen and sushi with this through google maps!

Excellent service, I have used the service twice and they are always punctual in taking me to the hotel and they have very good equipment and batteries.

Myself and my GF bought a sim each, set them up beforehand, and were good to go within 2 or 3 minutes of landing. Excellent service and essential if you're hopeless with directions and need Google maps like us.

easy to use good price

Super convenient! Picked up the wifi puck at the airport. It came with a Japan postal service envelope, which we used to drop off the puck at the airport when we left. The only place we didn't get great connection was a foresty area in Kyoto.

Works well anywhere in Japan!

Rented from Japan Wireless three times in the past year for my three trips to Japan. Every time has been great, WiFi packs have worked with no issues across all the places I travelled to.
