I was in Karatsu, Hiroshima and Tokyo and the internet was so fast and easy to use. Thanks for the service and is the 3rd time I use japan wireless.

Excellent service ! The device works perfectly. Easy to pick up easy to deliver. Recommended

2 trips to Japan and 2 times with Japan wireless. It’s easy to use, always connected, easy to pick up and drop at the end of the stay. I’ll reccomend it to everyone!

Is it the second time in Japan and with Japan wireless.

Always connected, good battery, service 100%.

I was a mistake with the return and JW always been nice and friendly.

Thank you

Top experience

The pocket wi-fi was ready to pick up at the airport with no problems. Easy to connect and use without having to worry about sim card compatibility issues! Enjoyed the fast speed and extensive coverage, and played my games and videos with no issues. Would use JW again!

Good stuff

Thank you, Japan Wireless was very easy to order. The device was waiting at the hotel when we arrived. It was a relief to be able to be on-line when ever and where ever we wanted rather than wait for the evening at the hotels. The drop off at the airport post box was easy as well. Will definitely us on our next trip to Japan.

Excellent! Order process was easy to use. Product worked like dream. Cannot fault the service we received. Would recommend without hesitation.

Worked everywhere in Japan, including remote islands of the inland sea, or on fast trains. Just once in 3 weeks I had to shut and restart to restore the signal.
