From start to finish this was a positive experience. Picked up the pocket wifi in Narita Airport with ease.
The WiFi enabled us to negotiate streets, check train times find restaurants and keep in touch with our family at all times. Wonderful.
The dropping off process was equally simple as there was an envelope provided so after checking in at the airport we popped it in a post box.
It needed resetting once during our 6 weeks but the instructions to do this were clear and it only took a couple of minutes to do.
We would definitely recommend and use again ourselves.
