Good wifi conection and no issues

I had an issue while ordering the e-Sim, but got super fast support from the team.

Simple, inexpensive, effective !

It was easy to pick up the mobile WiFi at the airport upon arrival and drop off at post box at the airport before security checkpoint when departing. Device worked consistently and battery lasted for a full day. The only day I charged from the power bank was when we were out for an extra long day. I’m a repeat customer and would recommend this rental service.

Awesome. Can't do a trip without the japan wireless pocket wifi

Price is affordable and it comes with a rechargeable battery back and charging block. Reliability was spotty and sometimes the internet would not connect. But that didn’t happen all the time.

Great product, highly recommend it. The connection was great the whole time.

After much researching and reading online. We decided to go with Japan wireless, no regrets so happy that we did worked amazing!
