Worked everywhere we traveled and gave two travelers high speed internet without any trouble. Really a life saver and low stress. I had it delivered to my hotel and mailed out by my hotel concierge, so it couldn't have been easier.

I wanted to change my travel date and I wanted to see if I could get my sim card delivered 1 day earlier, and it was no problem at all. I had a very quick response too. The sim was great and there was enough data (500mb) for navigation for the whole day & messaging.

Pocket wifi was waiting for me at my hotel when I arrived in Osaka. The wifi and extra battery (nice touch) came in very handy as I traveled around the country. I always had access that was quick and very reliable. Would absolutely rent one again.

We opted for pocket WiFi from Japan wireless. It was the best investment.

We were able to use google maps wherever we went. We looked like locals using the tube and making connections and we also were able to walk around the city with confidence.

The secondary advantage was sharing photos and contacting friends at home using a platform like what’s app.

We also took advantage of online discounts with out being tethered to hotel WiFi or hotspots.

I will use it again when we return.
