I ordered two pocket wifis and they both worked great! The reception really was good throughout Japan from Mt. Fuji and even during our stay in Miyazaki. I would use it again when I take another trip to Japan!

It would be better if you offered free pick-up at the airport for late arriving passengers. Also offer a cheaper plan without the extra battery. Otherwise I have no complaints about your product.

Extremely convenient. Wi-fi never stopped working no matter where in Japan I was. I really recommend it. The booth at the airport was quite difficult to find though, my only complaint.
