Excellent internet speed for 10 days and two people; would repurchase again!

Simple and very clear to make the reservation of the router, we hope that for the rest it will be equally efficient.

Sono molto soddisfatta, anche se con il primo device ho avuto qualche problema con la batteria di scorta. Molto efficienti nella sostituzione

Great service. I ordered by pocket wifi and had it delivered to my hotel the day prior to my arrival. When I checked in my package was waiting and I simply asked the concierge to place it back in the mail upon my departure. Worked great!

Excelent service, always online, except for one day for a few minutes that the modem went offline but it reboot in one minute and everything was fine again.

Thank you very much, best regards from Guadalajara Mexico, land of Tequila and Mariachi

Great product. Painless to pick up and use. Painless to drop off when we left. Essential for the whole trip. The extra battery pack was a nice touch as it helps those with long day trips. Will definitely purchase again for our next Japan trip.

I used it with my family and its really useful i recommend it

So convenient that it was delivered to our hotel. Worked great and the extra battery came in handy. Super easy to return with the prepared envelope. Highly recommend!

Excellent service

I rented a mobile WiFi for 10 days to travel around Japan and have to see it worked absolutely great for me. Device was waiting for me at my hotel when i arrived. I was traveling with 2 other family members and we all had no issues with connections or speed throughout our travels. I will definitely use Japan Wireless next time i go to Japan.
