Excellent service and value! Easy to use. Will definitely go with Japan Wireless the next visit to Japan.

Have used on a number of trips. Great to have the wireless delivered to the hotel and easy to post back when leaving from the airport. Usually quick responses to emails. My only problem was that the charging cord was damaged and I couldn’t use it. I emailed the company and they sent a new one to the hotel but it took at least 2 days from memory. I couldn’t use the wireless for at least a whole day which was inconvenient. They are based in Tokyo so I thought this was a bit too long to wait for a replacement seeming I was in Shibuya. I thought maybe I should have been offered a discount for the inconvenience but nothing was offered.
However I would probably Japan Wireless again because it is so easy.

The customer service of Japan-Wireless comes easily recommended after my first trip to Japan. I had forgotten to place an order prior towards leaving for Japan and was able to put in a last minute order through Japan-Wireless. My scheduled arrival time in Narita was around 7pm and the post office closes around 8pm. I did not account for the time it would take to get through to customs and get cleared through to get into the country. Japan-Wireless had anticipated that if they were to send the package to the post office in the airport, I may not have received my item in time.
They were able to provide express delivery to the hotel I was staying at free of charge. In summary I was able to secure a pocket wifi unit 10 hours before arriving in the country.
I travelled throughout three different cities in Japan including Tokyo, Kyoto and Osaka. The coverage throughout all these areas was amazing and rarely did I lose any reception. The internet connection itself was quite fast and stable throughout the trip.
Japan-Wireless includes a handy pouch that stores the pocket wifi unit itself, a portable battery to recharge the unit and cables to recharge it. Overall, I am very satisfied with Japan-Wireless’ promptness in replying and providing fantastic customer support and can confidently recommend everyone to use their services as they will look after you.
Already planning on using Japan-Wireless on my next trip to Japan. Easily 5/5 stars.

I was extremely pleased with the pocket WiFi offered by Japan Wireless. Having reliable and fast internet constantly available enhanced my visit to Japan. I was able to communicate easily with friends and family and most importantly, have constant access to navigation services. Pick up and drop off we’re easy. Customer service was responsive and helpful.

Had the unit delivered to the hotel and picked up with no problems. Set up was easy and we had reliable wifi for the trip. Will use again.

Convenient pick up and drop off, lightweight so it was easy to carry around. Connection quality was very good.

Service is great. Package was waiting at the hotel, lasted all day while we were out, we never used the back-up power, though handy to have. Great having data all the time. No issues with signal. Highly recommended.

The wifi is able to supply good wifi all day. The extra battery pack is very useful. would recommend for anyone planning to travel all over Japan. Returning is very convenient as well; all you have to do is put it in the envelope provided and drop it in the nearest mail box on the day you leave.
