The hotspot was at my hotel when I arrived. Worked great while I was working all day, with using the battery back up. Easy to return. Great experience.

Excellent service and no signal problem at any place.

I used this service during my recent trip to Japan and it was great. I always had wifi available and never had any issues. I stayed in Tokyo for the majority of my trip but also visited Yokohama and Osaka and the service was great there too. The battery lasted the whole day every time so I only had to charge it at night when I was back at my hotel room. I definitely recommend this service and will use it again for future trips!

Seamless experience. Pick-up was easy once I got familiar with HND, instructions and connecting were straightforward, connection was stable, strong, and fast for the whole 10 days of use, and return was very convenient (any mailbox, we picked the ones in HND before security).

world great around Tokyo. Had some signal loss in some areas and slow down but good coverage in most areas for general look up for restaurants, research and navigation while on the go

The pocket wifi is extremely convenient. Pick up and drop off right at the airport. It's also very reliable. I did not have any drop off my whole trip. Would definitely recommend.

Just arrived in Japan and activated our eSims. Both installed flawlessly and, once I turned on mobile data, they connected to the network with 5 bars and 5G service. Everything seems to be working perfect!
