Have used this company for the pocket wifi on every occasion while holidaying in Japan. Easy to order, waiting for us at our hotel when we arrive, and works every time.
Extremely useful having the secondary battery, which will virtually get you through the whole day with moderate use-age.
Good speed with unlimited download.
Easy drop-off through the postal system at the end of your hire.
Wouldn't use anyone else.

Great efficient booking service. We have now used Japan Wireless 4 times

I didnt have any trouble to use it in Japan! Thanks, Japan Wireless!

Service very good

I have been serviced by Japan Wireless for last 8 years or so every time I visited Japan. The equipment never failed and they were always reliable. It makes my trip there so easy. Thank you for your service!!

I used the 500mb/day Japan wireless and worked wonderfully, absolutely recommend

Best wifi device. Must have. Had no problems at all connecting anywhere in Japan.

The process was simple and easy. The packaging was very good. I did not use the additional power bank due it’s quality. The speed is under my expectations. All in all, I recommended this company and I think it deserve 7/10

Simple to have it delivered to our address we were staying at. and non stop for the 14 days we have coverage. We used google maps facebook snapchat all with no issues. Top service and worth the money rather than using global roaming on our mobiles

Very satisfied client here. Will use it again next time we are in Japan.
