Worked well during my travel in Tokyo. Highly recommend this portable wifi.

We loved our pocket wifi. Worked excellent all thru out Tokyo and at Disney.

Visited Japan in Oct 2024, Kansai region for 2+ weeks. There were three (3) of us visiting multiple cities & areas; including Mt. Otake & Kiso Valley.

The Pocket Wifi was fantastic throughout! Really did appreciate the included battery pack as we did use it to power-up the Pocket WiFi during some of our extended walks. Service was reliable throughout.

Japan Wireless followed-through with everything they stated. Product delivered to our arriving hotel; setup super-easy; returned using included post-paid, pre-addressed envelope at KIX post box.

Definitely would use again on next visit. Especially considering we connected up to 3 mobile phones and 2 iPad's.

Pickup and drop off was very easy, and the WiFi kept me and my husband connected to everything we needed during our visit to Japan- mainly Google maps and translate! These were so helpful and the pocket WiFi kept us connected, never had a problem. Thank you!

This item's reception was great, never had an issue in the reception. I did have an issue with the cable connector, I reached out to Japan Wireless and they immediately send me a new cable set to my hotel. That act made my experience with Japan Wireless great, they were great and excellent experience.
