It was very easy to order the pocket WiFi device and decide dates, collection point, etc. Looking forward to being connected on my trip to Japan!

I used Japan Wireless when I visited in January. The service I received means I'll be using them again when I return later this month

excelente servicio

Great service and great customer service.

It was easy to use and easy to pick up and drop off. I had no problems during the trip with it.

It worked well for our week visiting Tokyo

I never had not even small glitch in WIFI connection and it always worked as expected . Thanks Japan wireless make my trip wonderfull in Tokyo

Service was easy and fast and affordable!

I was traveling with my family in Tokyo and I knew I had to reserve wireless hotspot so we can have easy access to all day WiFi use so I rented 2 units. It was easy and economical. Don’t go sign up with your phone carrier and pay expensive fee per day. Instead rent the wireless hotspot and you will be glad you did. I highly recommended and rental from Japan-Wireless was super easy!!!

100℅ recommendable. Essential to move around Japan always connected. Easy pickup and return.
