Really easy and good wifi.

My husband and I took a trip to Tokyo. Our layover flight was rescheduled to land at Haneda airport instead of Narita. So, i spoke to costumer service and they were able to express ship it to the nearest post office near my airbnb. Luckiy i screen shot directions to our airbnb and then was able to use the wifi there to get directions to the post office. We picked up our pocket wifi and was all set from there.

Uninterrupted wifi for our Tokyo trip. Very reliable & fast service from Japan Wireless

I bought the sim card with 7GB for 2 weeks. I was really satisfied.

My entire experience from purchase to return was simple, easy and the product experience was super. Great speeds and great plans. Cost effective too.
Choose Japan Wireless yo.stay connected in Japan !

I ordered yesterday and my order has been confirmed. The reviews are good, but my own experience won’t take place until November 4-18

Overall great experience from the beginning to the return. Delivery on time. Easy to set up. Was able to be connected the whole trip to Tokyo.

excellent in all respects

See my title: it is a best buy! Congrats!

Prompt delivery, easy to return. Easy to set up. Worked perfectly. Really good price. After having already sent it back due to travel home, we had our flights disrupted and I had to use the internet and make calls. My phone bill is horrendous because of that which shows what an absolute blessing this box was. Don’t travel to Japan without hiring it. It’s well worth the price
