Great service without any inconvenience - very recommendable!

El servicio es excelente. No le doy 5estrellas porque el aparato aveces no cargaba correctamente y tenía que estar pendiente. No obstante lo he recomendado a mis amigos y yo también volvería a utilizarlo.

With other options to choose from, Japan Wireless was the best. Reasonable pricing. Very convenient pick up. Not bulky. Not heavy. So easy to fit in my purse, or my husband’s cargo pants. And he loved the fact that it came with its own power pack. Returning was also very easy. Wonderful product with good service.

Excelent service!

If you’re going to Japan for a little over a couple of days. It’s better to have good quality portable wifi handy. It makes it easier to get where you’re going to, and it helps with social media and communicating with your loved ones too! Getting it and returning it is so hassle free. Just go to their website and follow the instructions and enjoy!

Ordered it for my visit to Japan in august/september. Super easy to use and great access. Worked everywhere i went and battery lasted the whole way. Picked in at the postoffice at the airport and got it up and running in few minutes. Very convinient way to send it back. Definetly worth the money. Unlimited amount of data was super convinient for using maps and to stay in touch with family back home. Definetly recomended

Many US traveler friends recommended getting a Wi-Fi hotspot for Japan. I picked up the unit at Narita as soon as we landed and were connected the entire time we were in Japan. A family of four with all our devices were able to connect and stay connected the entire trip. The battery pack that came with it was handy. I would use it again when I return to Japan and will recommend to anyone who is planning on traveling to Japan.
