The JW device was usefull. I really appreciate it

This is really a fantastic, convenient service! It was my first time exploring Japan on my own, and the wireless wifi device was perfect for me. It enabled me to use google maps for directions, web access and messaging to friends who were visiting Japan the same time I was. The only problem was finding the post office at the Narita airport so I could pick it up and drop off. I highly recommend getting this while you’re visiting!

The pocket wifi worked great and had a pretty long battery life. Three of us used it for 2 weeks while traveling around Japan by train and we only had to plug in the extra battery once. However, we were very grateful the extra battery was there. Although there was free wifi available on the trains and in the hotels, other travelers often complained that the free wifi didn't work very well. I highly recommend getting a pocket wifi for traveling around Japan and Japan Wireless made the process easy. The price was also very reasonable.

Very easy to use and very effective.

We rented the pocket WiFi during our 2wk stay in Japan and it was very convenient! Even though the larger shopping malls and many restaurants offer free wifi nowadays it is still very convenient for getting around. It was also quite affordable. Would definitely recommend if you plan on using maps, internet for checking routes, reviews etc

For Tokyo, I was able to reserve easily and pick it up AND drop it off quickly. It worked very well and I thought the battery lasted a long time. Will definitely use them again.

Japan Wireless made the process of delivery, use and return SO easy. The package was waiting for us when we arrived at our hotel, included thorough instructions, and return right at the airport couldn't have been easier. I'll recommend to anyone traveling to Japan. Thank you!

Comes quick and works great!

Booking online is simple and there are a number of different ways to arrange to pick it up on arrival in Japan. Looking forward to using it next month during my visit.
