Excellent service and when i needed to extend my rental last minute notice. they had no problem.

One thing to improvement: more longer time for battery. The external battery does not hold for too much longer time.

Ordering and pickup were easy and the service was great! Definitely a must have for anyone coming to Japan!

Thanks to Japan Wireless WI-FI package we could stay connected all the time and everywhere, with an excellent high performance. Easy to order and to get delivered to the hotel when we checked in.

Simple ordering process. Wi-Fi device waiting for me at the hotel. Excellent coverage. Travelled over southern half of Japan including rural areas and had Wi-Fi in all areas. Power lasted 5-8 hours depending on use. Did have spare power pack that could give a some extension to duration. On leaving, packaged in pre paid envelope and given to reception who agreed to pop in the post. Speed and bandwidth excellent, several travelling companions linked on at the same time with no issue. Generally much better than using most hotel Wi-Fi which is generally poor. Very reasonable price.

This system was great but a little clarity as to which numbers are which when you’re trying to set up access would be nice for first-time users. The directions were overly complex. However-It worked everywhere from Kyoto to Tokyo and it was easy to put in the post box at the airport. Just make sure the person who signs up for it is the one who picks it up-they wouldn’t release it to me while my husband was waiting elsewhere with our luggage...
