The internet is fast, stable and well covered even in some remote locations. Really helpfull, always making our trip to japan more comfortable and safe.

During our trip to Japan we did get exactly what was advertised - great connection, clear usage instructions, great speed. However, what really made this service stand out was the email we received on the day of the Typhoon informing us that Japan Wireless services were extended indefinitely and free of charge! We ended up using them for extra 3 days due to the flight cancellations and we had no disruptions whatsoever.

The proactivity and understanding of the customer support team, in addition to the quality of the service itself has definitely made a great impression. Would definitely use again next time in Japan.

We used the Pocket Wifi and are extremely satisfied. Reasonable pricing, easy takeover of the equipment at the airport, flawless operation throughout the entire stay(even a power bank is supplied free of charge) and easy return (you can simply throw all the equipment in the supplied envelope at the airport into the nearest mailbox). Would consider Japan Wireless again at any time.
