Can recommend, all delivered on time, information was good and accurate.

The pocket WiFi was very reliable with signals through all the area we visited in Japan. Pickup and drop off was conveniently located at the Haneda airport.

Worked great! Never ran out of battery. Even with maps running constantly. So glad we had it!

I was very pleased with Japan wireless
My unit was waiting for me at the airport
I would highly suggest you use them on your trip to Japan you will not be disappointed

Easy Pickup & dropoff at Tokyo Narita Airport. The WiFi worked everywhere we go (8 cities)!!! It is a must small & reasonable investment for traveling in Japan!!!

Great service with the WiFi and great value. The battery lasted 10 hours or so, but it came with an external battery charger so we had WiFi all day with no worries! Would absolutely use again

Excellent service during our stay in Japan
Would recommend to others

This was great! We had 16 days in Japan from east coast to west and had internet the whole time. It was an easy process to order service, pick it up at the airport, and return it at the airport postal box. Highly recommend!

Faster than my internet at home. Never lost connection my entire trip. Would recommend to anyone!
