Great battery and if you need it you got an additional battery

I ordered the Japan Wireless pocket wifi for our trip to Japan for 17 days in Oct/Nov 2024. It was delivered to our hotel as requested. The set up instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I did have a question about using the Flight mode setting and emailed their customer service. They replied promptly with the answer. We had two mobiles connected to it and had no issues at all for the duration of our trip. Up to 5 devices can be connected to the pocket wifi. We used it constantly throughout each day and it did not run out of battery even though a back up power bank was supplied with the pocket wifi. We charged it each night. We had great connection wherever went sightseeing, in malls, on trains and ferries. It is much easier to use and stay connected rather than trying to rely of public free wifi which is not as secure. At the end of our trip we put it into the envelope provided and mailed it back to them when we were at the airport ready to leave. We highly recommend the Japan Wireless pocket wifi to anyone travelling to Japan with another person or a group.

This is the second time we have used Japan Wireless to provide us with a portable wifi hotspot. In both cases an excellent experience. Fully recommend.

The pocket wifi is very useful, convenient to use. It is light and easy to connect. The battery lasts almost 2 days and the powerbank is a plus. Excellent value for money.

Our group of 4 people got this for a 2 week trip, of which 1 week was spent in Nagano, Matsumoto, and parts of the nakasendo trail. We didn't really have much trouble with coverage, and it the speeds were really good throughout.

Fast delivery and excellent Wi-Fi connectivity.
