Everything was smooth - easy pick up and set up, and great service for the family. Drop off in the provided envelope at the airport post office was a snap. No lines, no fuss. We’d use this service again when traveling to Japan.

I have used this service for my last two trips to Japan. It is very convenient and worked very well regardless of where I went in Japan. Highly recommend it. The WIFI device itself is cell phone-size and very easy to carry around in one's purse or pocket. The battery lasted all day for me.
