Excellent with the exception of some areas without access to the network

Pick up at Narita (NRT) was a breeze. You receive everything neatly placed in a sturdy pouch, including a battery pack for all day use of the hotspot. Connectivity was great, no loss of signal and speed was constant (and fast). Drop off at Osaka (KIX) was quick and easy. Highly recommended!

The device was at my hotel when I arrived, the device worked without fail for the duration of my 10 days in Japan, and the return from the airport mailbox was easy. It made it perfect for me to access the internet while out & about (great for accessing online maps and google translate). Highly recommend!
