Always great service to use. Customer service is always great

now I need to check how it will work during my trip to Japan

I am impressed with the ordering process and availability of hotel delivery. Can’t wait to use Japan Wireless during my trip!

Very reliable pocket WiFi plus it comes with powerbank. Good customer service.

I went to Japan and I use the Japan wireless it was amazing and an excellent product with a good signal. it's totally recommended

I’ve used this service a couple of times now and it’s great speeds and coverage and so easy to use

Have used Japan Wireless many times and always found the process quick and easy. Never had any issues with the service and always been connected during the entire stay. Communication is great and delivery of the router is always prompt. Will be using the service again in November 2020. Thank you Japan Wireless, I highly recommend.

I've used Japan Wireless about a dozen times now. Speeds a good, and there's no throttling as promised. My couple of interactions with customer service have been excellent. I'll continue being a loyal customer!

I've used Japan Wireless the last 3 times I went to Japan and haven't had any issues. I chose to use JW because of their unlimited data. There is no cap or getting throttled after a certain number of Gigs. They also include a battery charger for those long days. They are cheaper in comparison to other companies.
Since JW uses SoftBank, you'll be connected pretty everywhere in Japan. I think they also have upgrade their pocket wifi since the first time I used the service. I've been able to connect at Fushimi Inari climbing up the mountain. It was spotty but I wasn't expecting to be able to connect at all.
I've had to contact customer service the very first time. They were very accommodating and helpful with my issues during ordering process. I have no complaints.
Overall Japan Wireless has been excellent through all my experiences with them. I will continue to use JW when I go to Japan again in the fall.

Never failed me, used 80gb while there no issues
