Very well organised, easy to rent and give back, functions perfectly.

Super useful, easy to get and to return, long lasting batteries. Really recommended.

Good service, easy and useful.

The first day, we received the device at the hotel and on the last day you can return it by sending it from any mailbox.

Perfect from collection to drop-off. Extremely helpful and convenient. Thank you

Great product and reliable connection!
Excellent customer service!

Thanks for always being efficient! Our go to wireless network provider whenever we’re in Japan

Easy, efficient and every step was clearly explained. I highly recommend.

It was a very good and reliable Service, the WiFi - Rooter works without a problem.
Thank you

My family and I had a great experience with the wifi hotspot and back-up power source. It worked everywhere we went. I didn't notice any downtime on the shinkansen between Tokyo and Nagano and Tokyo and Kyoto. It worked on Mt. Fuji, DisneySea, Odaiba, etc. The voice translator was very helpful as well. Thanks, Japan Wireless!
