Incredibly convenient pickup upon arriving at airport.

WiFi worked perfectly well from Tokyo to Nozawa to Kyoto and back to Tokyo. Family of 5 all with separate devices no issues. Never even had to use the extra power pack provided. Post box drop return at airport had us connected right to the last minute. Highly recommend.

five star : We picked up from the airport, the wifi was charged and ready to go. 100% connectivity for our 3 weeks and we traveled all over Japan . WE posted back our wifi from the departure lobby at the airport. Seamless

Very good unit and very easy to pick up and drop off at the airport post office. The WiFi unit is very fast even when their are 5 user on it.

It was my first time to use a pocket wifi. The battery lasted all day for me. It was the best thing to have especially since I was using the WhatsApp. I would recommend this company. I literally order the pocket wifi about an hour before i left the USA for Tokyo. They had the wifi at my hotel about 5 hours before i got there. Its was simple to use. I will definitely use this company again.
