I had great internet everywhere I went! One small issue is that the WiFi stopped working when too close to the charger provided (metal?) so we had to use personal ones we brought on the trip. No big deal. We also had to leave Japan one week early due to COVID-19 raising travel advisories to level 4 in the US, limiting and halting international flights. Japan-Wireless emailed me promptly after receiving the pocket WiFi eight days early worried if I was upset with their service. Which I never was, but it was nice they asked. They then offered to refund me for the days I didn’t end up using. That was the sweetest thing. I’ll definitely use them again the next time I get to come back to Japan!

We found this company easy to deal with the device was delivered to our hotel we had a little problem with the first unit and they were quick to replace it so we still had access to wifi

Japan Wireless mobile wifi is so easy to order, everything was waiting for me when I arrived in Japan, this is the second time I have used them and I will be using them again on my next trip. They went over and above to assist me when I found myself unable to leave Japan due to Covid-19 flight cancellations, so I was able to organise the wifi for a few extra days. Absolutely great communications. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Japan.

It worked very well and helped alot, however I had problems the the kabel provided, thou this is a rather minor problem.

Easy to pick up, use and drop off. Customer service was quick to come back to me when I had a query. The pocket wifi does require daily charging so make sure you have a good charge on you when leaving your accommodation

i have used japan wireless several times and will continue to do so. although my u.s.a. phone does have internet access, it is very slow and the coverage less than ideal, making japan wireless ideal and a great value.

Used twice since february; very handy device with charger which was very useful for me.
Last time I ordered the day before I needed it and despite my fear of ordering too late I got it on time delivered in my hotel. For my next stay I will use it again; thank you!!!
