We had to cancel our trip due to Covid-19. The refund for the service was done in prompt and kind manner. On our future trip, planned for early 2023, I will use Japan Wireless again!
I ordered the pocket Wi-Fi before arriving in Japan and the device was there at my hotel on check in. The device worked great and the added security of having the portable charging brick was a great bonus. The return was easy with the return envelope. I simply gave it to the hotel staff at checkout to mail back for me.

I've rented from Japan Wireless several times - for example, when I've gone on vacation to save on wireless data fees, or when I've stayed in a hospital for a month due to an operation. The product is excellent, the rate is fair, and the delivery/return process is simple. I highly recommend Japan Wireless. They've been a big help.
Exactly what I needed and very well done. There were some small issues with the pocket wifi where it would stop working all of a sudden, but following the instructions to reset it immediately fixed the problem. Extremely easy and straightforward service!
