Connection was awesome, we had 3 families traveling together and definitely easy to connect / communicate since we had access to texting using our US Iphones!

Everything about using the device was great! Easy to pick up, connect and return! Had only one slight hiccup for all but a minute during my two weeks of use, with all other times being reliable and steady with it's connection. The included power bank also provides peace of mind compared to other pocket wifi businesses just in case. All in all, this service and the device ABSOLUTELY carried my trip to Japan, and I can't fathom how I would have made my way around without it!

Everything was delivered as requested and it worked well. Easy to return.

For a 12 days trip:
Was perfect for my trip.
Never used the power bank, as the battery lasted all day long.
Just a little disconnection for like 10min on the last day, but except that, it worked perfectly!

Easy to order and receive at a hotel, took a few minutes to set up, small and compact to carry around, had coverage almost all the time, easy to charge up every day, easy to return

This worked very well for us. Easy to use. It was delivered directly to our hotel and was easy to return in the post paid envelope. Would highly recommend. We didn't have to worry and could use our smart phones as much as we wanted.

Experience was good and practical. Only remark is that the autonomy of device was a bit short for my usage.

Mobile Wifi able to last whole day and has coverage to all areas we went through (Fukuoka, Osaka, Kyoto, Kanazawa, and Tokyo).

It was easy to order and return. Connection worked fine in most places. It was slow in some areas especially in the mountain areas. The battery lasted all day. I would order this product again when I return to Japan next time.
