This worked very well - from the initial communication via email over the delivery of the 3-size SIM card to the hotel to its use during my stay in Japan. Can recommend your service and would use it again.

wonderful service as always

Thank you for the service that you provided! It gave me exactly what I needed, and the speed/reliability were outstanding!

The pocket wi-fi routers we rented from Japan Wireless during our 10 Day Stay in Japan performed flawlessly. We were able to get wi-fi and post our pictures to our social medias wherever we went even in remote locations. Delivery and return for these pocket wi-fi routers was also very easy and painless.

I would highly recommend Japan Wireless for anybody planning of going to Japan who wishes to avail themselves of a reliable source of secure and stable internet coverage.

Even though it is at first little difficult to configure, it works very well and I have always had internet in my mobile. Also, it is really affordable for individual travellers. I highly recommend it.

Service is fantastic

Ordering was very easy and quick.
Returning was very convenient.
This is our 3rd time using this service.

Ordered 5 days before arrival, delivery to hotel worked well. Instructions (in English) were detailed and complete, no problems at all. Also no problems with connection or speed during the entire journey. Will order a SIM card again next time.

It was always a comfort and secure to book with Japan Wireless. They are reliable and friendly towards clients.

Easy to collect from the airport. Installed in my phone and worked first go.
Provided good connection and enough speed in most places I visited.
Will be buying again on next trip.
