Very easy to get from the airport and a constant good wifi coverage. When out the whole day, needed to recharge but a handy small power battery was included. We posted it back to the airport mailbox.

Appreciate the process Japan Wireless has put in place for foreigners to use a wireless device in Japan. Very efficient and easy to follow. Their pricing and quality of product is very good. However, after using 5g in the USA, 4g appears to be extremely slow, not the fault of Japan Wireless. I have used their company for my visits to Japan for the last 20 years. I've had very few glitches in the past.( Canceling service due to pandemic was the only glitch).

Would highly recommend this service! I was pleasantly surprised when this came with an external battery at no extra charge, which you will absolutely need. Never lost service even when we were at the top of hills and even in remote villages.

Great customer service too! I had to change my delivery and I had changed my hotel and they were able to accommodate this change. Do note that this can only be changed as long as it is within 3 days prior to arrival, no less. I changed my hotel about a week prior to arrival and was able to have this upon arrival at my new hotel. It was waiting for me at the front desk upon check-in.

Will use this service again whenever I'm in Japan.
