easy to order and very easy to return the package

This portable wifi was perfect for our week long vacation in Tokyo. We picked up the device at Narita airport with no issues. The instructions were easy to follow and set up. It was nice to also have the portable charger as well. We returned the device to the airport when we left again with no issue. Would definitely recommend!

I made a last minute reservation for a pocket wi-fi device on the Premium plan with unlimited data. The device was delivered the same day and had a reliable and fast connection throughout my trip across Japan. Was super easy to return via Japan Post as well. Quick response and resolved issue quickly

My phone worked so I didn't need this but my fiends phone didn't and it saved his trip. he was able to link his phone and had internet for the duration.
