A must for me when visiting Japan. Very reliable and convenient. I'm already a repeat customer.

Quick and easy like my ex

Equipment was waiting for me at my hotel reception when I arrived. Worked flawlessly. Easy setup and connection. Drop off at airport in provided addressed envelpoe was easy.
Recommend this provider to all visiting Japan.

The mobile wifi we rented was very convenient. It was at our hotel when we arrived and had a very easy setup. The signal was good. Returning it was as simple as dropping it in the mail box. I would definitely use Japan wireless again.

Good LTE connection in Tokyo and Osaka, just be mindful of the data limit! Next time I visit I will get the pocket wifi!

Pick up and drop off of the unit was so easy and convenient. Had no problems with the wifi plus pricing is great

I have used Japan Wireless for 5 seperate trips to Japan. No complaints for each trip! The internet speed and customer service is great all the time. They answer inquiries and concerns promptly.
They also offer a delivery service to your hotel. A great offer especially if you arrive in Japan late at night and the post office is already close. I will surely get Japan wireless on my next trip as well!
