Japan wireless never disappoints. It arrived efficiently and quick to respond when we wanted to extend the dates. When we had temporarily issues with it, the email came quickly to explain.

This is the second time I have rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. Excellent! I arranged to receive the pocket wifi at my hotel (both visits) and it was there waiting for me when I arrived! Highly recommend!
