Very convenient to use, fast internet speeds

I've gone with Japan Wireless in 2023 and 2025 and they have not let me down. Will use them again and again on my next trip! (Also their blog reference for ramen was spot on!)

used it for a group of 8 for 1 week, fast speeds all throughout tokyo.

Product worked excellent when needed. It was truly like having mobile wifi.

ネットで海外から簡単に注文ができて、到着地に届いてるのは便利でした。
予備のバッテリーがついてくるのも良い公安でした。
思ったより、機械が熱を持つのにはちょっと心配でした。
思ったより、Wi-Fiのスピードは遅かったでした。
計測したところで、約40から50Mbでした。
自宅では200 Mb近いから少し慣れるのに時間がかかりました。
リターンも郵便局からで出せるから便利でした。
次回も使う予定です。

Used another provider in the past, but they stopped offering sending the device(s) to hotels, so started looking around and found this. Japan Wireless still does send the device to hotels for pick-up, but surprisingly the price is a bit lower and the connectivity even a little better. Will definitely order my pocket WiFi again with Japan Wireless (as long as they keep hotels as a possible pick-up location)!

I've now rented a portable WIFI dongle twice from Japan Wireless without any hitches. Great service, great network connection and fairly priced.

Strong, consistent speeds and good battery life

A comprehensive setup instructions with great network quality everywhere we’ve been in Japan. A bit pricey compared to others and you don’t have much choice of duration for unlimited data… but worth it for the quality of networking
