I've never had an issue with this service. My first device was defective and was replaced within the day I contacted support. Will use again!

The speed is good, also with a spare battery.

Could not recommend Japan wireless more!! We was worried about getting a reliable WIFI box but it was so easy. We picked up the package from Haneda airport, and within seconds we were connected and able to use maps. The connection didn’t drop once in the 2 weeks that we was there, we used it for maps, google translate, and more. The price was fantastic too. Dropping off was simple, straight into a postbox when we was departing that day. 100% use Japan wireless if it’s your first visit!

Connection was stable all throughout the trip. Highly recommended!

I have used pocket wireless in the past, but this eSIM was perfect. I had service everywhere, even in remote parts of Hokkaido. 10/10, no notes.
