It did what it had to do, more devices than one connected all day, battery life was good (it lasted all day, recharged during the night). It worked well during the whole stay.

The whole process was seamless from start to finish- Wi-Fi ordered only 2 days before my departure and was waiting for me at the hotel on arrival. Easy to use, power bank and cables - was a godsend.

Easy to use, convenient and reliable

This was a perfect solution, the device is small and can be stored in a trousers pocket. The battery lasted the whole day. I would advise to have 2 devices so that the group can separate in 2 subgroups and still be able to localize or call each other. The network was nearly always perfect.
The delivery and return were extremely easy and fast (unlike the railpass, which is an outdated paper voucher and needed 1h15 minutes to be exchanged).
So Japan Wireless is the best of Japan (as compared to Railpass technology, which dates back 30 years).
