We remain connected the whole day, both two of us didn't have any problem with the wi-fi: we were always fully connected and the charge lasted all day long

Trouble free wifi and good service

I ordered the pocket wifi from Japan Wireless whilst at Manchester Airport on my way to picked this up from Narita Airport following simple instructions send. It came in a handy pouch containing everything needed and simple instructions. It was so easy to setup and use and worked well throughout my trip even whilst out in the mountains there were only a few dead spots. Really good service and operability I cannot fault.

Honestly we couldnt have been without it! Worked perfectly and allowed us to find our way around Japa with ease!
