wifi works good! Internet was fast! Battery lasts long!

I was pleased to have decided to rent a wifi pocket for my full month in Japan. Whatever I was - ie country side, mountain, big cities, on boats, on trains, etc - it works.
Nevetheless I met 2 problems : the plug adapter was not in the package and I had to buy one ; the second weeks, I bike a lot in the country side with it and it was dead-battery, a good explanation would need to be improved.
