I installed the e-SIM before leaving. Once at Osaka airport, I finalised the setup with the APN (with the pdf guide available in the email of order confirmation) and it worked perfectly!

I noted the network was slower in big crowded area, maybe it is the crowd, or not, I am no expert :D But worked my whole trip, very happy about it!

Really convenient device to have internet connectivity in Japan. It worked everywhere where we travelled, was easy to use and added battery pack ensured we were never without connectivity. Pick up and return are easy. I can only recommend Japan Wireless.

Delivery was excellent and sim card installation and setup instructions were clear and easy to follow. Data service was very good for what I required.

Second time using Japan wireless, used it for two weeks, the first time and a month, the second time and worked great both times! I will definitely use them again next time!

Excelent service in Japan

This device was really easy to use and return! I only had one day where I had trouble, but it was due to the hotel area having a horrible dead zone, which drained the battery, and then the extra power bank as well. Once I realized, it was all good :) turned it off and ran off the hotel wifi while there. I would highly recommend this company and product.

Didn’t have any issues with connection. The device was lightweight and it came with a return envelope, which was convenient. Happy with the rental.
