Amazing Wi-Fi service. Delivery of the router to our hotel address was right on time. Internet speed was great. Was able to use Wifi in Tokyo, Kyoto and Kawaguchiko.

Company is very quick to respond with any issues you may have. Pick-up from Narita airport was very quick as well. Our pocket WiFi stopped working (luckily we had another) unexpectedly. The company gave us a replacement very quickly without any issues. I highly recommend
