Highly recommended service - it is affordable, pick-up and drop-off locations are accessible, the product is easy and convenient to use all around Japan, the service team responds quickly to queries. We will definitely use Japan Wireless the next time we are in Japan!

The wi fi speed was good

The first time I traveled abroad I didn’t have anything like this, and this was a game changer. The battery lasted all day, we were able to use wifi whenever we needed it, for GPS, buying tickets online, even streaming when we had long train rides. I can’t imagine traveling without it now. We had a great experience! They delivered it to our air bnb and then had an easy drop off at the airport.

The equipment arrive at the hotel, so convinient to pick up. The signal was strong. Very good.
