We bought Japan wireless pocket wifi from Ninja wifi in US and picked it at Tokyo Airport pickup. It was easy to setup and we used 4 mobile phones and laptop with this picjet wifi. It works everywhere in Japan even on mountains and came with an extra portable battery. Return was easy. Just put the pocket wifi, cables and battery in the return envelope and drop the envelope in any Japan post red box on the last day of your trip. Arigato gozaimas Japan wireless.

Everything was good. I managed to send it to the hotel and it was waiting for me when I arrived at the hotel. Everything was easy.

I've been a long time customer of Japan Wireless, and have for the most part been satisfied with their service. This last time I used them, everything went smoothly and the devices worked as expected. However, I will note that my AT&T account has international service that is more cost effective up to 10 days in Japan. Over 10 days, the modem is a good choice for me.

When traveling abroad, network access is critical. Japan Wireless provided a flawless experience. The two wireless routers I rented gave us no issues at all during the three weeks I used them. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless.
