Il pocket wifi è stato utilissimo. Consegna perfetta l'ho ritirato al momento del check-in in hotel.Attivazione semplice e veloce e riconsegna altrettanto semplice in aeroporto. Indispensabile compagno di viaggio, consigliatissimo è fornito di custodia, cavetto, spina, batteria ausiliaria

Excellent product, worked absolutely everywhere. Delivery as well as sending back was easy due to very customer focussed time sensitivity and clear instructions!! Will always use again if we are coming to Japan again!

Excellent product, easy setup and very reliable service throughout our 2 week vacation. Highly recommend.

The pocket wifi conveniently arrived at my hotel the day before my arrival. It had good, reliable service throughout my stay in Japan. The battery pack was helpful on especially long days. Return at the airport with the self-addressed stamped envelope was easy!

Great service. Although there were some complications, their communication and service were fantastic.

Das Abholen und Abgeben war sehr einfach. Das Pocket-Wifi hat während der ganzen Zeit überall hervorragend funktioniert.

The pocket Wi-Fi's were ready for pickup as promised. It was easy to setup (5 minutes) and use right away. Very easy to return via postal service (return envelope included). Service was great throughout Japan, and the price was affordable. Speed was decent. I recommend japan-wireless if you want internet in Japan.

very useful for us tourists , efficient in delivery service and very affordable. thank you

So easy to order, pickup, and return the wireless equipment. Worked just fine the whole time. So much better than the free wireless around airport, train stations, and shopping areas. Those are spotty.

I rented 3 sets of hotspots and batteries to share between 6 people. I opted to have them sent to our first hotel. I had no problem picking them up. I was able to mail them back from my last hotel just as planned. We used the hotspots/batteries everywhere we went for communication with each other, maps, translation apps and social media. I highly recommend this service to anyone traveling.
