We reserved multiple units for a youth travel group because we were concerned about safety and accessibility. The units were functional, easy to use, and the entire process was easy and convenient from start to end.

First 2 wifi devices that were sent to us were not charging. Contacted them and was resolved on the same day. Used them the first time we came to Japan just myself and my husband and again few months later with my husband and our 3 adult kids. So, 1 wifi device between us five ( phones + iPads) travelling around Japan was very handy without any issues. We will use them again in the future.

The rate was good and I never lost connection even in deep subways. My only complaint is that the device lost charge on some of my longer days. They do provide a power bank though so still a great service overall.

The pocket wifi worked well; in just a few situations and had no connection. The delivery process was impeccable (the hotel front desk had the device waiting for me when I checked in) and the return process was very simple. I will definitely rent another pocket wifi for my next trip to Japan.
