Very responsive and great service with even a change in plans. Worked well all over and even while skiing.

Easy process to book, collect and return the pocket wifi. The price rate is also affordable and it is good that the package includes power bank & cables

I was able to install the esim very quickly, and it worked immediately upon arrival to Japan. The process was easy. The internet was great at all times. It was easy to get more data when I ran out of it. Really recommend!

The device was at our hotel upon arrival as requested and met all our performance requirements during our 3 week rental. Our 3rd year and will rent with Japan Wireless again.

Most affordable and reliable pocket wifi in Japan. No hassle at all and excellent service

Easy pick up and drop off.
Wifi was strong and fast with good battery

Will definitely use again

I have used Japan Wireless for the last 3 trips I have made to Japan. The customer service is impeccable as is the coverage and ease of use of the pocket WiFi routers.
5 stars, would recommend!

Product is always delivered on time and works great during my business trips to Japan. Highly recommend using this product while traveling.

I selected Japan Wireless portable Wifi due to recommendations and comparing prices. It was easy to order via the web, arrived at my hotel within 24 hours and worked instantly. I carried the small device and the additional powerbank in my backpacker all over Japan with good connection even in the mountains of Koyasan. To return it I simply put the set into its envelope and dropped it in an official postal letter box. They confirmed reception within 48 hours. Very recommendable. Much better th esim as up to 5 persons can use the portable router at a time.

Every step was simple and easy. 100% would use them again. I got the mobile wifi at the airport no hassles and used it until I left and just dropped it off at the airport mailbox. No hassle and no problems!
