Easy set up in Japan. E-Sim is a simple and easy solution. Connection was fast for 99% of the time. Will use again when in Japan.

The service of the WiFi is great for the entire time we are in Japan. They are also very understanding and considerate as well on the adjustment we need to return the WiFi.

Easy to order, pick up, and drop off. Signal was sometimes lost underground during train rides, but it reestablished itself at each stop. It never lost signal above ground. I would use them again.

Efficiency on delivery on time and even refunded half of the money as we were not able to use it on the last two day.

Speed was pretty fast throughout my stay and only had one area where I didn’t get signal and it was in a specific spot in the Tokyo Dome.

Including the charger and a small powerbank with the pocket wifi was also a great deal.

This is the 2nd time I rent the pocket wifi for my work trips in Japan. It's very convenient, the material works perfectly and the support team is very reactive. I recommend!
