Great service and everything very easy

Have been using their products for several years already and I've never had a problem, besides when travelling on the shinkansen through tunnels and some specific areas of Japan.

Hi all, I am from Italy. Device booked easily by the Japan Wireless web site and delivered perfectly and directly at the hotel as for my request (you can pickup the device in the airport as well). Very good connection (never had problem) all along my journey (Tokyo, Kyoto, Nara, Osaka). Very good experience taking into account the cost. Went to three different prefectures, which are not the common ones such as Gunma, Yamagata, Nagano and fujiten All reception and connection great!

very happy with service and coverage

I used the pocket Wi-Fi and it was easy to connect to my phone. The service was great and the product was delivered to my hotel and ready for me when I checked in. The added bonus of the portable charger came in handy for long days out and about.

This was so easy, and so helpful. I don't know how we would have navigated through Japan without this! Absolutely no connectivity issues. The only downside was the pocket translator was basically useless. Will definitely be getting the WiFi again next time I'm in Japan.
