Very useful, everything ok

It is my second time renting pocket wifi.Wifi speed is good even with 3 persons connected to device and watching videos. Battery can last for the whole day so we usually don’t need to use the spare power bank.

Renting a pocket WiFi from Japan Wireless was one of the best decisions I made for my trip to Japan. The device was easy to pick up at the airport, and setup was quick and straightforward. The connection was consistently fast and reliable throughout the trip.

Having constant internet access made navigation, translation, and staying connected incredibly convenient. Returning the device was also hassle-free thanks to the prepaid return envelope.

Overall, Japan Wireless provided a smooth and reliable service. I’ll definitely rent from them again on my next visit!

I looked upon several pocket wifi options, and this came to my social media quite often. So I went for it and ever since the first day I used it, I was impressed with the speed, especially when it was used in remote areas like Shigaraki, Amanohashidate, and Shirakawago. Whenever the hotel wifi didn't work, I used this as a backup. Also, surrendering it to the postbox is a breeze.

Our pocket Wifi was extremely helpful while traveling around Japan. There were a few areas where it had trouble connecting with our phones, and it's important to keep it charging overnight, but otherwise we had no issues.

Great coverage and speeds through tokyo, kyoto and Osaka. Only problem was when I was choosing my data size and duration there was a reset is chosen options after I errored in inputting some details of my Credit card, did not notice it changed so i wasted a bit of money on having unlindata for just 5 days.
